Who we are
Prep Titans (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a free MDCAT preparation platform built in Pakistan by Dr. Muhammad Tayyab Ali, an MBBS student at Hubei University of Arts and Science, Xiangyang, China. The platform also operates a sister project, Titans Abroad, which has its own separate privacy policy.

What we collect
We collect the minimum data needed to provide the service:
Account information (sign-in & profile)
- Your email address
- Your first and last name (if you provide them)
- Your phone number (only if you choose to add one)
- Profile picture (only if you upload one)
- Authentication method (Google, email-password, etc.)
Usage data (your activity on the platform)
- Quiz attempts (which questions you answered, when, correct or not)
- Time spent per question
- Bookmarks you save
- Questions you report as wrong/unclear
- Custom quiz preferences (subjects, chapters, difficulty)
Technical data (automatic)
- Browser type and version
- Device type (desktop, tablet, mobile)
- Server logs (IP address, page visited, response time) — kept for 30 days max, used for security and debugging
Donation records (if you donate)
- The amount, method, and date of your donation
- Your name and contact (only if you share them)
- Whether you opted into our public supporters wall
💡 We never see your bank account, JazzCash PIN, EasyPaisa wallet balance, card details, or crypto wallet keys. Donations flow directly from your wallet/bank to ours — we only log the amount once a screenshot arrives.

How we use your data
- Provide the platform — show your dashboard, save progress, deliver MCQs
- Improve content quality — aggregate stats (e.g., “Chapter X has 80% accuracy”) help us fix unclear questions
- Respond to your reports and WhatsApp messages
- Acknowledge donations (if you shared contact info)
- Comply with legal obligations under Pakistani law
No advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties. No tracking pixels. No Facebook Pixel. No Google Ads. Period.

Who has access
Your data is shared only with service providers that physically run the platform:

WhatsApp us — we'll wipe it within 72 hours
Withdraw consent
Deleting the account does this implicitly

Data retention
Your data lives as long as your account does. When you delete the account:
- Quiz history, bookmarks, reports — removed within 72 hours.
- Donation records — kept for 7 years for bookkeeping (anonymisable on request).
- Server logs — purged after 30 days regardless of account status.
Section 8
Age restriction
Prep Titans is intended for students aged 16 and above (the typical MDCAT preparation age in Pakistan). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, please contact us and we'll delete the account.
Section 9
Cross-border data transfer
Some of our service providers (the ones listed in Section 4) store data outside Pakistan — typically in the US, EU, or Singapore. By using the platform you consent to this transfer. All providers maintain industry-standard security (encryption in transit and at rest).
Section 10
Changes to this policy
We update this policy occasionally — when we add features, swap providers, or refine practices. The “Last updated” date in the hero always reflects the current version. Major changes are announced on the platform.
